An independent apartment of 60sqm in a beautiful villa completely restored in country style, with an eye to modern design. Includes 1 open plan bedroom/living room (4 seats max), a kitchen and a full bathroom.There is also a large living room (40sqm) available for use. Outside the large garden with outdoor furniture and benches, near a gazebo with barbecue/pizza oven, available for grilling and cooking with wood fire (the wood is free).The house is located on a main road, surrounded by woods in the middle of hiking and biking, on the edge of the medieval village of Velva (which is worth a visit).The whole area is rural, between hills and sea with a splendid view of the Valle del Petronio and the sea.The air quality is excellent and the silence of the place is good for relaxation.In this place you will have a real slice of life in the Italian countryside.
