Delightful 4 Bed Villa with Hydromassage Heated pool Overlooking Aeolian Islands

A detached 4-bedroom Villa available to book all year round, fully fitted to a high standard with quality bamboo furnishings. Villa Malú has a unique vantage point with a large private garden with spectacular views of the Aeolian Islands, which can be seen from the villa’s very own private heated pool with hydro-massage for 6 guests (10mx5m & 1.5m depth). De-stress with the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy the peace and serenity of the best of Sicily.

Villa Malú is a detached 140 m2 property with extensive terraced grounds (2000 m2). This property has a large front yard at the entrance suitable for parking up to 3 cars.

The garden has an abundance of beautiful trees filled with fruit (to pick should you choose), beautiful palms and ancient olive trees surrounded by the tranquil countryside. The Villa is located on the hills of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, Castroreale (Messina).

Accommodation at Villa Malú is all on one floor. The main entrance takes you into a welcoming open living and dining space, comprising a cosy lounge area with a comfy sofa (with an option to turn into a sofa bed if needed). In addition, there is Ambilight TV. Next to this you will find a fully-equipped kitchen.

There are a total of 4 bedrooms; 1 master bedroom with a super king-sized bed, 2 other bedrooms with king-sized beds & the final bedroom comprising of 2 twin beds. The villa is able to comfortably host 8 adults. You can access the romantic double bedroom with en-suite from the other end of the living space. The bathroom consists of a whirlpool bathtub and the room has direct access to the pool. As mentioned the other 3 bedrooms include; a snug master bedroom, with its own en-suite with a bath and direct access to the pool. The other 2 rooms share an adjacent shower room with a washing machine.

Wi-fi and air-conditioning are also available throughout the entire property. If required, central heating is available for the winter months.

The cost to heat the pool is included all year around but the months of June, July, August & September it needs to be requested for a fee. The pool area is equipped with 8 sun loungers, 2 umbrellas and matching side tables, where you can relax and enjoy the warm weather. Here you will also find an outdoor sink and shower. The garden is not over-looked by any other property, therefore as well as soaking up the sun, you can revel in the luxury of total privacy.

There is also a veranda with an outside wooden table and benches which accommodates 12 people for dining and relaxing outdoors, round to the back of the property (past the pool area) you'll find a barbecue for outdoor cooking where you can admire the stunning Sicilian sunset every night along with some tasty local food and wine!

The Villa is located only 5 minutes walk to the closest grocery store and 15 minutes walk to the town centre where you will find more restaurants, bars and pubs.

Not far away are the beaches of Tonnarella and Baia del Tono Milazzo (Both Sandy).

From nearby Port of Milazzo you can take the hydrofoil or ferry to visit one of the UNESCO world heritage sites, the Aeolian Islands, such as Lipari, Vulcano, Salina, Panarea, Alicudi, Filicudi and Stromboli (the island with an active volcano).

Villa Malú is conveniently located to visit some of the most beautiful places in Sicily: Tindari, Milazzo, Capo D'Orlando, Taormina, Cefalù, Catania and the Europe’s tallest active volcano, Mount Etna.
