House in Arcevia with Private Parking and Mountain View

The separate holiday home of 35 sq is located in the parish of Nidastore di Arcevia and is surrounded by the multi-faceted nature of the Marches. It consists of a bed-sitter with two queensize beds, a cozy sitting area with tv, a kitchen unit and a shower bath with a washing machine. In the garden there is a barbecue area with a marvellous view of the valley. The place is ideal for rest and relaxation. The Adriatic Sea is within a distance of 30 kms. There are supermarkets, a bank and a post office in San Lorenzo in Campo which is 5 kms away. Furthermore there are some restaurants where typical Italian meals can be enjoyed. Not only nature lovers and worshippers of the sun feel well in the Marches but also people who are interested in culture and art history. Besides of 180 kms of coast the Marches offer 100 cities of art, uncountless churches and a variety of archaeological places and historic theatres.     “Fantastisch mooie plek. Huis is klein maar fijn. Wat ik niet echt op de foto's zag is dat er geen aparte slaapkamer is. Uiteindelijk helemaal niet erg. Overal zijn horren. Veel privacy. Genoten van het uitzicht en de rust. Verhuurder helpt goed indien je hulp nodig hebt. Zijn zeer vriendelijk.
    WiFi niet het allerbeste maar ach, ook lekker rustig.
    Je kan het huis via 2 kanten bereiken. Via onder is de weg behoorlijk steil. Via boven (San Pietro) is het heel goed te doen. Wij hebben elke dag de bovenweg gebruikt.
    Mooie omgeving, veel gezien, niet toeristisch. Wij hebben een supertijd hier gehad. Zeker n aanrader!”
