A real eye-catcher is the elegant fireplace, which combines living and dining. The rustic corner kitchen with all the extras such as microwave, an oven at eye level, dishwasher and the luxury refrigerator invites you to cook. The dining table with a total of ten seats quickly becomes the favorite place for sociable hours. On the comfortable sofa beds, you can then end the evening with friends and family. Natural fabrics and the coordinated colors of beige, gray and brown shades run through the entire villa and blend together to form a harmonious overall picture. This gives the rooms warmth and coziness. Selected accents and modern art objects underline the extraordinary furnishings.

Sweet holiday dreams promise the cozy bedroom. With a double bed, a dresser and a wardrobe, they are functional in the first place. The selected colors and the solid wood decor create a secure atmosphere in which you feel comfortable all around. Each bedroom has an LCD TV and an en suite bathroom that guests can use for themselves. Optionally with bath or shower and toilet.
A terrace dream for pure connoisseurs
Bet that even your heart will make a small jump when you step out and let your gaze wander across the pool. The crescent-shaped terrace with its cozy lounge furniture, which you would like to let fall into immediately, hugs the villa directly from the villa. The wooden beams play with the sun and throw light shadows on the round. Right next to it there is another spacious terrace, including a dining area, an outdoor kitchen and an open fireplace.
