Luxury Villa on spacious private property

This appealing villa is located in the village Rakalj, the south-eastern part of the Istrian peninsula. Surrounded by spacious, well maintained property (943 m2) with a private pool and olive trees. Guests enter into the fenced area through the automatic gate and leave the car within the private property. Covered summer kitchen with grill and garden furniture are the perfect place for relaxing family gatherings. Plenty of outside activities offered on multi-level terraces and areas are even connected by the small bridge. The scent of the Mediterranean garden and nearby forest will enrich guests' impression of the surrounding. This villa assures peaceful holiday in complete privacy and safety.
The interior space is carefully designed to charm with its elegance. Yet, the warmth and authenticity of the Istrian architecture is kept by the well preserved details from the past, as wooden beams on the ceiling and stone walls. Spacious interior space is divided on the ground floor, first and second floor. This villa features 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchen. Two bedrooms on the second floor are attic rooms with a low ceiling.
Local people from the nearby villages offer variety of homemade products: olive oil, cheese, smoked ham, brandy wine, schnapps...Within 2 km reach, there are beautiful remoted beaches. The property is 27 km distanced from the historic city of Pula, with its vigorous city life and vibrant atmosphere. The famous Roman Colosseum is the center of cultural summer festivals: concerts, ballet, operas, film festival etc. For the nature lovers there is National park Brijuni: the archipelago of the 16 islands; nature park- cape Kamenjak: protected landscape with incredible beaches, bays and hidden places. Children will certainly be interested to visit the Dinosaur park in Funtana, the first amusement and theme park in Croatia where the life-size dinosaurs are the main topic, or get to know the sea word presented in the Aquarium in Pula, Aqua land in Poreč or Novigrad ...
