Cozy Apartment, 65 sqm, NO SMOKING, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds)with fitted wardrobes and 2 complete bathrooms (one with bathtub and shower the other with cabin-shower) and one with the washing machine.Large area of living-dining room with fireplace; unlimited and free WI-FI, a large modern TV (43 inches), DVD – (Blue-ray), and a sound equipment (Bluetooth-USB, CD, FM).Very comfortable and well equipped kitchen with gas stove and electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster an others.Large terrace with table and chairs of which it has direct access to the common pool area (water is heated) and the gardens of the residential complex. During the summer the pool is open until 20:00 - ideal to enjoy a refreshing swim after a hike.Storage room for bicycles or skis and a parking space inside of the covered garage; in front of the house there also many parking spaces.Our apartment is very well located, having the mid-morning sun, in the afternoon we are in the shade which makes the temperature very pleasant throughout the day. Ideal for couples, friends or families (up to 4 people).We have 3 rides bikes available to our guests, which arrive in less than 10 minutes by a beautiful and unfrequented road to the famous Villa de Benasque, with its ancient nucleus, of medieval air, one of the liveliest villages of The Huesca mountain where there is a wide range of leisure services, a variety of restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of shops and businesses.
