Luxury holiday home Villa "Segaria"

For your dream vacation we recommend this extraordinary villa "Segaria" with 165sqm living space!In summer 2017 it was completely rebuilt and modernized after a change of ownership!It is situated in a top location (quiet & central) of Els Poblets near Denia/Alicante/Costa Blanca.According to the World Health Organization (WHO) Geneva this region is one of the healthiest in the world!Restaurants, supermarkets, a German bakery, butcher and a delicatessen are within walking distance.To the sea with miles of beaches it is only about 1km.10-15 minutes by car is Denia with a beautiful old town, marina & ferries to Ibiza & Mallorca.In the same distance there are two 18-hole golf courses, the international horse show of Oliva Nova & a large outdoor karting track.The exclusive villa has a high living comfort in new construction quality, which is exceptional for rental properties!An electric gate leads you to the magnificent 900 sqm property. For relaxation the property offers sufficient sun and shadow areas. It is secluded, because it is bordered with high hedges and bushes. The garden is characterized by many blooming flowers and plants as well as impressive palm, olive, lemon and lime trees.In a separate outbuilding on the property there is a tiled guest garage and a large winter garden with fridge & separate BBQ. There you can let the evenings end comfortably. There children or non-swimmers can stand and play comfortably. The second half of the pool then drops down to a water depth of up to 2m. The unique LED pool light can be remotely controlled to create changing colours or to wrap the pool in your desired colour in the evening.Overlooking the pool is the covered terrace (approx. 30 sqm), which is bordered by columns and always provides sufficient shade. You and your guests can relax in the spacious lounge area at any time. At a separate dining table group for 6 persons you can enjoy your meals in fresh air in all weathers.On the ground floor there are 1 large living room with fireplace & dining area for 6 people 1 spacious kitchen 1 storage room 2 bedrooms 1 bathroomThe very large kitchen has been equipped with new, high-quality brand-name appliances in stainless steel (convection oven, extractor hood, fridge/freezer unit, dishwasher, microwave, two coffee machines, toaster, kettle, etc.). In addition, you benefit from sufficient and tasteful crockery, cutlery, glasses, cups and other kitchen utensils that make cooking and baking a pleasure.The two air-conditioned and tastefully furnished bedrooms on the ground floor each have large double beds (1.80 x 2m) and 1 or 2 large windows (pool room). The exclusive and spacious built-in wardrobes have mirrors, sufficient cupboard compartments as well as trouser and clothes hangers.The air-conditioned master bedroom with a size of approx. 24qm is located on the upper floor. Two large, exclusive built-in closets with mirror provide enough space for your clothes, shoes, bath towels etc. So even dressing in the morning is fun.At a real glass desk with excellent lighting and fast LAN connection you can surf, work or chat with your laptop or tablet.Directly connected to this bedroom is the balcony with a beautiful view of the mountain "Segaria". The large luxury bathroom is en suite to the master bedroom on the upper floor.Both bathrooms on the ground floor + first floor have been renovated with floor-level showers, real glass partitions, new bathroom furniture, make-up mirrors, hair dryer and tasteful floor and wall tiles. The bathroom on the upper floor also offers a large and comfortable bathtub with headrest and entry and exit aids.The bathrooms are optical highlights and meet high comfort requirements!The villa has also been technically modernised and brought up to the latest standards.New, powerful air conditioners ensure a pleasant indoor climate at the height of summer. In the winter months you benefit from the new, powerful underfloor heating with electronically adjustable thermostats. The new heating system is not fed by gas bottles that have to be changed (multiple standard), but by a large external gas tank.In the whole house and up to the sunbathing area of the garden fast internet with WLAN was installed.     “Maison très agréable à vivre. Environnement calme en cette période de l'année.
    A partir du moment où cette villa n'est pas exclusivement réservée à des locataires allemands, il est indispensable de mettre à disposition un livret d'accueil (welcome booklet)en Anglais comprenant (règles de la maison, numéros d'urgence, mode d'emploi des appareils, plan du quartier, date et lieu du ou des marchés s'il y a, restaurants, lieux touristiques, loisirs à proximité). Il serait aussi appréciable de pouvoir regarder la TV qui elle aussi était en allemand.”
