Haus Ahorn is located near the town centre of Bad Dürrheim, which is known for its beautiful landscape, its healthy environment, its spa bath Solemar, its expansive spa gardens and for many opportunities for short trips into nearby Black Forrest and Lake Constance (Bodensee).Haus Ahorn sits on a large plot surrounded by luscious greenery on the edge of the spa gardens. Solemar spa and town centre are a short eight-minute foot walk away. Haus Ahorn features a small pool with jet stream and a sauna – both exclusively for our guests and both included in the price.Electric bicycles are free for one day when you book 10 nights or more.On the lower floor is our 1-bedroom apartment (45 sqm), ideal for 1-2 persons. The combined living room/bedroom (33 sqm) is equipped with a queen-sized bed, a large wardrobe, two armchairs, a sideboard, as well as a dining table with four chairs. The combined living room/bedroom has one large window to the east, which exits to the terrace (10 sqm) and one facing south. There is an additional terrace in the gardenThe apartment is equipped with cable television, flat screen TV, stereo amplifier and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a Nespresso machine.     “Das Haus Ahorn war uns eine ausgezeichnete Unterkunft, welche wir gern weiterempfehlen. Positiv: Zuerst einmal vielen Dank an unsere netten Vermieter. Sie haben uns einen Teil ihres komfortabel ausgestatteten Hauses (inklusive Car-Port) zur Verfügung gestellt und waren immer mit gutem Rat zur Stelle, wenn es um die Erkundung des Schwarzwaldes ging.
    Wir haben im Haus Ahorn ein voll ausgestattetes Studio vorgefunden, in der es an "gar" nichts fehlte. Die Küche war ausgezeichnet bestückt, dort einen Kuchen zu backen, wäre kein Problem gewesen. Für Leseratten gibt es genug Bücher und sollte im Radio nicht die richtige Musik laufen, stehen CD´s für die Anlage zur Verfügung.
    Sehr angenehm ist auch der Wellnessbereich im Keller, welchen wir benutzen durften. Die leistungsstarke Sauna hat in einer halben Stunde die 90°C Grenze erreicht und bietet viel Platz. Aber das beste ist der Pool mit Gegenstrom, welcher das Schwimmen auf der Stelle ermöglicht. Damit ist nach einer anstrengenden Wanderung am Tag, die abendliche Erholung garantiert. Negativ: Leider war die Therme in Bad Dürrheim "COVID-19"-bedingt geschlossen. Restaurant: Gasthof Schweizerhof, Familie Laufer, 78052 VS-Obereschach - Ausgezeichnete lokale Küche bei gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ausflüge: Feldbergsteig (Rundweg um den Feldberg, ca. 20 km) - Anfahrt mit dem Auto über Hinterzarten bis zum Wanderparkplatz Rinken”

    “Wie schon erwähnt, Einquartierung für nächstes Jahr schon angekündigt. Positiv: Wir waren sehr überrascht, das Ehepaar sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und angenehm. Die Küche war sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet. Und auch sonst, es war alles da. Wir werden in das Haus Ahorn wieder kommen. Wenn es die Gesundheit zulässt, dann im nächsten Jahr. Negativ: Da gab es nichts! Restaurant: Cafe FLAIR - Ein guter Treffpunkt, um Freunde zu treffen. Ausflüge: Villingen und Schwenningen - Mit dem Bus hin und zurück.”
