Living in historic buildings. A lovingly restored farmyard with panoramic views over the Elbe valley and the state capital. The 5 Star - Holiday Home (DTV) combines historic character with modern luxury. You live in a house with own entrance in the south / east wing of the triangular to a total of 150 sqm on 2 floors (GF and 1st floor). The house is very child friendly with a large garden with play equipment. (Cot and high chair included) The place Sobrigau situated on a hill in the nature reserve, surrounded by apple orchards, with quite beautiful hiking trails. Very quiet on the conservation area is Sobrigau an ideal starting point to get to know and the Saxon Elbe to learn. The courtyard is listed as an historic site and is located close to Dresden - 1 km from the city limits. You live in a house with own entrance in the south / east wing of the triangular to a total of 150 sqm.

    “Gefallen hat uns, dass die Wohnung schön groß ist.
    Die Entfernung zu Dresden war auch gut.
    Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass (abgesehen von der Großbaustelle vor der Haustür) die Kaffeemaschine keinen heißen Kaffee machte, dafür der Kühlschrank nicht kühlte. Es waren genau 6 Messer da, d.h. nach jedem Essen Besteck spülen. Die Handtücher waren sozusagen nur noch einfädrig und das Härteste war der Waschmaschinen-Raum zur allgemeinen Benutzung. So einen dreckigen Raum, wo die Gäste waschen dürfen, dürfte es in einer Ferienanlage keinesfalls geben. Dreck vor den Maschinen, auf den Maschinen, vollgestellt mit Farbe, Pinseln, ausrangierten Dekosachen, Mülltonnenreiniger, Schuhen usw. Ich habe Fotos gemacht, weil wir nicht glauben konnten, was wir sahen.”

    “Es war sehr schön und erholsam. Das Haus ist prima und gemütlich ausgestattet. Man ist in ca. 10 Min. per Auto in Dresdens Innenstadt und in ca. 20 Min. in der sächsischen Schweiz. Umgebung: Supermarket, restaurant - Mit Auto ca 5 min.. Kultur: Museum, theatre, music, historical sites - Prima Mix aus Großstadt und Natur. Einkaufen: In Dresden sicher alles.”
