Apartment in Ober Allgäu with a large terrace

The apartment spans two floors, with the 3 bedrooms located on the first floor. Two of the rooms are approximately 16m2 each and feature a double bed, a wardrobe, electric shutters, and SAT-TV. The slightly larger room (about 26m2) includes, in addition to the basic amenities of the other rooms, a sofa bed. The open living/dining/kitchen area occupies the ground floor. The comfortable sofa in the living room can serve as sleeping space for 2 additional guests. In front of the panoramic window, there is a large dining table with a view of the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction stove, and microwave. A coffee machine can be rented in advance. The bathroom on the ground floor offers a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a toilet. Additionally, on the first floor, there is a separate toilet with a sink. The entire apartment features underfloor heating for added comfort.

Surrounded by green meadows, the terrace offers a first-class view of the nearby pond and majestic mountains – a perfect place to relax with a cold beer or a glass of wine. Comfortable garden furniture and a spacious gas grill (for an additional fee) are available.

The holiday house is located in Buchenberg, a state-recognized climatic health resort since 1987. This designation not only emphasizes the relaxation but also the beneficial effects on health during a stay in Buchenberg.

Nestled in an environment of meadows and forests, Buchenberg is situated at an elevation of approximately 1,000 meters above sea level. The location extends into the pre-alpine hills and moorland on the southwestern edge of the Kempten Iller basin, transitioning to the mountainous region of Adelegg. This picturesque setting provides a scenic backdrop for the holiday house, promising a tranquil and health-promoting atmosphere.

The exclusive Panoramic View Suite indulges with a sunken whirlpool, exclusively for private relaxation. In the heart of the mountain retreat Hölzlers, additional exclusive wellness facilities await, including a rustic wooden sauna, artfully designed in the style of a circus wagon.     “Negativ: Fehlendes Toilettenpapier, fehlende Spülmaschinentabs und schmutziger Geschirrspüler bei Ankunft.
    Bettwäsche musste für die Sofas zusammengesucht werden.
    Alte Lebensmittel im Gefrierschrank.”

    “Im großen und ganzen war der Urlaub im gemieteten objekt gut; die Aussicht und Lage ist mehr als schön. Es wäre evtl noch wünschenswert, das man bei Fragen von der Vermittlungsfirma schneller eine Antwort bekommt, das man sich nicht so "allein" gelassen vor kommt. Wenn die oberen Mängel behoben werden, kann es ein mega toller und entspannter Urlaub werden. Positiv: Die Lage und die Aussicht waren wie versprochen. Ausstattung gehobenere Kategorie. Negativ: Die gehobenere Ausstattung war leider schwer heruntergelebt. Schade das Feriengäste so unmöglich mit einer gemieteten Einrichtung umgehen. Leider war die Hygiene und Sauberkeit nicht gegeben und das gerade in der Coronazeit, wo besonders darauf geachtet werden sollte. Hygiene und Sauberkeit waren hier: verdreckte Fenster (verschmiert und undurchsichtig), kaputte Fliegengitter, dreckige Handtücher, verschmutzte, schmierige Frontscheiben küche und im Bad,.... um nur einige zu nennen. Der Rasen war nicht gemäht; und ich rede hier von kniehohem Gras, so das der Besuch mit 2 Babys und 1 kleinkind erschwert waren, da man sie nicht eben kurz auf eine Picknickdecke legen konnte. Ebenso war die dort bereit gestellte Waiser Card abgeloffen und die Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten wie PS4 mit VR Brille waren Defekt.”

    “Alles in allem eine nahezu perfekte Ferienwohnung in bester Lage. Positiv: Die absolut wunderbare Lage mit freiem Blick auf die Alpen.
    Die Umgebung, welche auch im Sommer einlädt.
    Die perfekte, moderne Ausstattung. Negativ: Die zum Teil etwas weniger sauberen Küchenutensilien. Ich denke hier wäre zum Teil weniger mehr. Ausflüge: Cambomare - Erlebnisbad, Saunawelt, Freibad - Günstiges Bad mit schöner Badeanlage und Rutschen”

    “Ich habe mich ein paar Tage vorher mit den Vermietern oder Besitzern (da bin ich mir nicht sicher) per Email in Verbindung gesetzt. Habe immer eine schnelle, informative und sehr freundliche Antwort bekommen. Wie ihr merkt, bin ich sehr begeistert.
    Also nicht lange überlegen, es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall in dieser sehr schönen, modernen Panorama Wohnung Urlaub zu machen!! Positiv: Der Whirlpool direkt an der Terrasse und wie gut das Haus mit allem ausgestattet war. Keine Nachbarn, zumindest keine die man gehört hat, kein Straßenlärm oder andere Störfaktoren!! Ruhe und Erholung pur, auch wenn es bei uns nur von Freitag Nachmittag bis Samstag Vormittag war. Trotzdem kann ich diese Panorama Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen!!! Mega schöne Aussicht auf die Berge und sogar den Weiher, in dem man im Sommer baden kann, sieht man von der Terrasse aus.”
