Holiday apartment in Sunny Beach up to 5 Guests

The holiday apartment is in a quiet neighborhood of "Sunny Beach" and consists of two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with bed sofa for 1 persons, bathroom with a toilet, Garden / Patio.
With modern furnishing and household stuff the apartment is fully functional.
Our guests have free access to pool and parking. Sun-beds and garden chairs are at your disposal for free.
WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge. There is a small bar. Towels are to be changed on every third day and linens will be changed once a week.
We will gladly arrange a transfer from the airport to the apartment house. Built on a hill with a panorama across the Nessebar Bay and the Mountains, the residence offers the amazing opportunity to enjoy the unique combination with proven healing virtues between fresh mountain air and gentle sea breeze. Our Holiday complex will satisfy the wishes of all guests, looking for the proximity of nature, but not neglecting the attractions of the most dynamic resort in Bulgaria.
Upon arrival you have to put down deposit of 50.00 €, which is refundable on departure.

    “Wir kamen nachts an,
    alle müde.. machten wir die Tür auf und sahen überall Würmer,
    Käfer und Spinnen. Anstatt uns eine andere Wohnung zu geben hat man kurz alle Viecher mit einem Besen weggemacht. Beim Duschen kam das ganze Wasser wieder beim Badezimmerschacht heraus,
    also alles überloffen und das jedes Mal. Wir mussten selber Toilettenpapier kaufen,
    da uns nie Neues gebracht wurde. Die Securitas waren sehr komisch und haben immer versucht meine Freundinnen und mich anzumachen! Das ganze Personal sollte Englisch können!”

    “I would like to address the complaints of Ms. Schönenberger. The landlord speaks perfect german,
    english and russian and also the people assisting him have fluent english and other languages. The situation concerning the presence of insects at the moment of arrival is not true,
    because the apartment was checked one hour before. We do that every time before arrival because we check and switch on the electricity. On the 3rd day of their stay one of the guests of the apartment rented by Ms. Schönenberger informed us about finding insects in the bathroom. The apartment of Ms Schönenberger was a two-bedroom apartment with own garden in front. I'd like to stress that we are very close to the nature,
    near both the mountains and the sea,
    but there are no poisonous insects in this area. We tried to offer a solution and we were ready to arrange a team to spray the insects which the guests found unnecessary. The guests of the apartments refused also that our cleaning staff treated the situation. Ms Schönenberger has not asked for a new apartment. We usually try to consider the requests of our guests in case we have free apartments. We are self-catering apartments which means that guests provide for themselves including the toilet paper,
    which is offered only in the days of changing the towels and beddings. We are sorry that our guests had different expectations concerning our services as we are not a hotel but a self-catering holiday home but in the same time we try to offer convenience and assistance to our guests. The every night attempts of our security to explain politely the rules about night behavior were probably misinterpreted.”

    “Fernab vom Trubel des Sunny Beach und trotzdem nah genug an Strand und Stadtrand, sodass man alles mühelos auch zu Fuß erreichen kann. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich aber in der Nähe. Positiv: Man bekam immer problemlos einen Platz am Pool oder am nahe gelegenem Strand.Es gab eine kleine, aber feine Restauration in der Anlage. Die Wünsche der Gäste wurden möglichst immer erfüllt. Da unser Rückflug erst abends spät war, hatten wir die Möglichkeit noch den ganzen Tag im Appartment zu bleiben. Das geht sicherlich nur wenn keine Anschlußbuchung vorhanden ist, ist aber dennoch nicht selbstverständlich und wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. Wir haben sowohl für den Hin- als auch für den Rückweg den Hauseigenen Transferservice in Anspruch genommen - bequemer geht es nicht. Negativ: Manchmal gab es Probleme mit der Wasserversorgung, sodass nicht mehrere Personen hintereinander duschen konnten. Aber das Problem löste sich nach 10-15 Minuten immer von selbst. Die Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien könnte besser sein. Bei einem 2 Plattenherd gab es auch nur einen Topf und eine kleine Bratpfanne... Da man aber überall äußerst preiswert essen kann hat uns das weniger gestört.”
