Comfortable cottage with lake view south of Stockholm. Here you stay in a beautiful location by Lake Magelung, where you can enjoy nature from the balcony. You can swim at cliffs in the bay. By the way, Stockholm's only official nudist bath, Ågestabadet, is also located here. If you want to fish, you can easily buy your fishing license online.
The nearest golf course is Ågesta GK with pay & play games on the 9-hole course. Other attractions include the Vasa Museum, the Royal Palace, the Old Town and the ABBA Museum.
The house is spread over two levels and offers plenty of space with several seating areas. It has a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with espresso machine. There is a bathroom on each floor. Outside there is a large lawn with trampoline and barbecue.
On the waterfront there is a communal barbecue area with table and boules court. Grocery store and restaurant are located 1,500 m from the house in the center of Trångsund. The nearest large sandy beach is Årsta Havsbad, a 20-minute drive from the house.
Please note that an audible highway is 270 m from the house. However, this cannot be heard indoors.
