Luxury semi-detached Villa with the pool very close to a sandy beach

Luxury, air-conditioned villa Domenica was completed in 2018 and comprises 200 square metres of living space on a 550 metre plot. This holiday home offers full air conditioning and WiFi. It sits majestically above the lovely, 1km long sandy beach Trstenica and has a limited view of the sea and town. It is only 80 metres from a sandy beach, shops, cafes, restaurants, wellness centres, sport centres and a lively nightlife. We highly recommend this for an exciting holiday.

There is a modern gas barbecue and an outdoor dining area, absolutely delightful from morning to night. There is a wonderful, private swimming pool of good size (9 by 4 meters, depth 1.65 meters) and pool towels are provided. There are eight sun loungers and a large parasol. Behind the villa there is private parking for up to three cars.

The ground floor comprises an open plan living room with a sitting area, dining section and a lovely kitchen. Relax on a large sofa in front of the Satellite TV. The bright, modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, hob, extractor hood, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, good cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Two of the four double bedrooms are also on the ground floor. They both have a queen size bed, en suite bathroom, own TV and view to the outside pool.
The villa provides a washing machine, iron, ironing board, a hairdryer, a safe, baby cot, feeding chair.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both with sea views and balconies. Large family bathroom is accessible from the hallway and has large hydro-massage shower tub. Each bedroom is air-conditioned, has its own TV, lovely bed linen and towels are provided.

Orebić is one of the earliest, famous grand resorts of Dalmatia, visited in the past by monarchs and wealthy business people from all over Europe. It had beautiful 19th century grand hotels and private villas amongst the riot of brightly coloured Mediterranean flowers. As Orebić was town of rich maritime tradition and therefore often regarded as “Town of Captains”, large part of it’s historical heritage is kept by Maritime Museum, another sight worth seeing. Since then, Orebić has become a holiday resort for many Croatian and foreign families who have restored traditional old villas or built brand new family holiday homes with every modern convenience. This lively and sophisticated town is also famous for its sandy beaches and now boasts excellent restaurants, seaside cafes and a multitude of water sports which are on offer. Hiking, biking and a variety of fun water activities like windsurfing and kite-surfing are available in the area. This truly is a place to please every type of discerning traveler.
