Beide Hausboote sind ruhig auf dem Wasser gelegen im idyllischen Sielort Rüstersiel als Stadtteil von Wilhelmshaven. Sie finden hier zwei stationäre, schwimmende Häuser mit Blick auf den Fluss Maade vor.
Neben einer zweckmäßigen Ausstattung sind beide Boote modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Nicht nur einen Kaminofen im Salon sondern auch eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, ein Flachbild-Fernseher und eine eigene Terrasse gehören zur Grundausstattung.
Die beiden Hausboote liegen in einer privaten Marina des Eigentümers. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt und bietet kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten.
In der Sommersaison sind auf Anfrage Tretboote, Kanus und Kajaks sowie Fahrräder verfügbar. Der Zugang zu den Hausbooten führt über einen Weg mit Gefälle und einen kleinen Fingersteg und ist daher leider nicht rollstuhlgerecht.
Das Wasser mit Angelmöglichkeiten befindet sich quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Die Entfernung zum nächsten Sandstrand beträgt ca. drei Kilometer. Die nächsten Restaurants und ein Bäcker sind nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Der nächste Supermarkt mit Tankstelle ist etwa anderthalb Kilometer entfernt.

The HT 5 houseboat is a stationary, floating house with a view of the river Maade. It is quietly situated on the water in the idyllic Rüstersiel, a district of Wilhelmshaven.
The terrace on board has garden furniture for 2-4 people. The smaller rear terrace has a seat for relaxing, fishing etc. The houseboat is moored on the owner’s private marina. The site is fenced and has free parking.
The houseboat measures around 25m² and comprises a lounge with a fireplace, a sofa suite with a dining table and seating for 3-4 people, a flatscreen TV and a radio. The kitchen unit is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, sink and coffee machine. There is a separated off bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with a WC, washbasin and shower. You can find everything you need for a comfortable stay within a small space.
The water where you can fish is literally right on the doorstep. It is about 3km to the nearest sandy beach. The nearest restaurants and a bakery are just a few hundred metres away. It is about 1.5km to the nearest supermarket with a petrol station.
Pedalos, canoes and kayaks, as well as bicycles are available during the summer season.
The access to the houseboats is along an inclined path and a little jetty, and is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users.
