A few steps from the small hamlet of Stiava, on the first hills of Massarosa, lies Villa Lavandaia Toscana, completely fenced and ideal for those who want to bring their four-legged friend. The house can be reached from the automatic gate through a small private road (uphill) of about 100 meters, the parking for three cars is on the property and one of them is covered. At your disposal are a barbecue and a large gazebo where you can dine on warm summer evenings. Swimming pool with solarium and deck chairs. The house is on two floors. Next to the first floor is a small outbuilding with separate entrance, with kitchen, bathroom and a double sofa bed. Ideal for those who love the sea, from here you can reach the beaches of Versilia in just 7 km. Lucca, 26 km away, is famous for its intact 16th century city walls and its numerous medieval churches, hence the name " City of 100 Churches". In the center, the narrow medieval street "Via Fillungo" offers the best stores in town. In Lido di Camaiore (10 km) an elegant promenade awaits you with numerous bathing establishments and the famous bridge where you can admire the spectacular coastal panorama while enjoying an aperitif. Pietrasanta (11 km) is famous for its marble and bronze works and for the historical center rich in art galleries.

    “Das Haus war ganz OK - ist halt ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Das Beste ist die Outdoor- Küche mit Pizzaofen und Grill. Der Pool ist ein Baby- Planschbecken das im Boden eingelassen ist - sieht auf den Bildern gut aus, geht aber gar nicht! Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil und hat zwei Haarnadelkurven - kaum zu meistern mit gutem deutschem PKW (Gemacht für Ape!).     “TOP: die Aussicht, das Haus, Ausstattung der Küche und der Garten mit Grill und Pizzaofen

    FLOP: Pool (war ein ca.2x4m Hüfttiefes Planschbecken und der tägliche Poolservice vom Eigentümer angekündigt, gab es nicht), das Haus liegt am Hang, deshalb ist die Zufahrt steil und hat zwei Haarnadelkurven”
