This brand new luxurious 5 bedroom villa is located in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and to a vast selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable and perfect self-catering stay.

Outside, in the spacious garden, you will find a barbecue area with built in sink and worktop for cooking outdoors, covered seating area, sun loungers and large private pool with Roman steps leading into it.

As you walk in to the villa, you will find the open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has comfortable sofas, widescreen TV with satellite channels and WIFI connection. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar. The ground floor is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open up to lead you to the generous landscaped private garden and pool area outside.

There is also a bathroom with a shower and WC on this floor.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms. There is one double and two twin bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms with shower and WC. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and bedside cabinets. On this floor you also have the benefit of a built in utility area with washing machine, sink and tumble drier.
From this floor you can access the staircase that leads to the roof garden to enjoy the stunning sea views.(I think it might just be a staircase to the pool area and not roof garden)??

Downstairs from the main living area you will find a further 2 bedrooms one with double bed and one with a single bed, both have en-suite bathrooms, there is also a further living room and kitchen area on this floor with access to the outside staircase leading directly to the garden area.
