Modern villa, located in Acireale, a lovely baroque city full of numerous works of art and breathtaking landscapes. The city is known for its baroque lava stone and for its carnival considered one of the most beautiful in Italy. Surrounded by large green spaces, Villa Dedalisa allows its guests to relax and enjoy a pleasant and silent atmosphere.
Thanks to its strategic position, the villa allows you to easily reach the city center (1km) and the sea (2km). Furthermore, the villa is easily reachable by car as it is 2 kilometers from the motorway exit which allows you to quickly reach local tourist destinations such as Catania (18km), Taormina (27km), Etna (11km), Syracuse (63km), Catania airport (33km).
There are over 600 m2 of outdoor spaces and well-kept lawn, beautiful olive trees and fruit trees offer an ideal mix of natural shade and sun for most of the day. There is a large terrace equipped with table, chairs and barbecue and a large swimming pool for exclusive use equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds, inflatables and swings. The property is fenced and has a large private car park.
Villa Dedalisa is a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life but with everything you need just a stone's throw away. In fact, the villa is served by restaurants and supermarkets about 400 meters away.
The villa has 4 bedrooms with double beds, 2 of which are located on the ground floor and 2 on the attic floor. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. There is a large, bright, fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful living room with windows. In each room there is a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi network.
It is possible, upon reservation, transfer to and from the airport and car with driver for max 4 people for excursions, even long distances.
