Not too far from the sea but in a quiet location is this 2019 newly renovated holiday home which is suitable for up to 10 people. The very nicely furnished house is divided on three floors, the ground floor, the first floor and the attic.Ground floor:The ground floor consists of a "master bedroom" which has its own living area, its own bathroom, its own entrance and its own terrace. The bedroom is air-conditioned and has a satellite TV.Right next to it is a wellness area which is equipped with a whirlpool, satellite TV and air conditioning, an air-conditioned summer kitchen with table and chairs for everyone and a separate toilet. The summer kitchen can also be used very well as a common room. There is also a satellite TV here.A washing machine and dryer are free to use. The terrace on the ground floor is equipped with seating and a grill.1st floor:On the first floor there is a large living room with dining area and kitchen in the same room. This large room is also air-conditioned and has a satellite TV. The kitchen is very well equipped. On this floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower and bath.From the living/dining area you can access a wonderful 25 m² balcony with a very nice sea view. This balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, is partly covered and has an awning.Attic:This area consists of two bedrooms (one with two separate single beds and one with a double bed), a bathroom and a small play area in which there is a play station 4 and a satellite TV.
