South of the Drôme Provençale, very nice luxury apartment with a sheltered charming terrace overlooking the rooftops of the village of Montélimar, equipped with a plancha and extended by a magnificent glass roof and a large balcony. The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor and offers panoramic views of the Monts de l'Ardèche. It has private parking and direct elevator access. Its refined interior, very spacious, bright, very comfortable, contemporary and neat, exudes an atmosphere of serenity and well-being. It has a modern kitchen is a huge living room. The three rooms are grouped around a hamam. The apartment is located by St.Martin's Gate, which marks the entrance to the historic center of Montelimar. Located in the Rhone Valley, known for its famous wine route AOC, which leads to Mont Ventoux. The golf course Golf de la Valdaine is only 4 km away. Nearby is the Ardèche with its caves and spectacular gorges, the forest of Saou with climbing and hiking trails, and Grignan with its castle. Visit charming mountain villages such as Mirmande, Poet Laval, Marsanne, La Garde Adhemar, famous for its markets. Drôme Provençale is home to bistros, guesthouses and gourmet restaurants. In the surrounding area there are remarkable villages such as Alba la Romaine, or Rochemaure, which are worth a visit and offer a magnificent view of the Vercors and the Monts de Vaucluse.
