El ático se compone de; dos dormitorios (uno de ellos con impresionantes vistas al mar), baño privado totalmente equipado, cocina totalmente equipada, salón-comedor con vistas al mar y una inmesa terraza de 23m2 con maravillosas vistas al mar, a la playa y a toda la bahía de Gran Tarajal. El apartamento dispone de aire acondicionado en los dos dormitorios y en el salón-comedor.

La playa se encuentra a 0 metros del apartamento. Justo salir del apartamento y ya pisas la arena de la playa. A una distancia de unos 200 metros se encuentran los mejores restaurantes, tiendas y supermecados del pueblo. También, a unos 200 metros hay un parque infantil gratis.

    “Sehr schöne Terrasse direkt über der Strandpromenade, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäckereien, Supermärkte) in direkter Nähe. Viele und gute Restaurants. Geräumig, schöne neue Einrichtung (2019).”
