Pleasant Apartment in Elviria with Common Pool and Exceptional Views

148 m2 luxury apartment + 50m2 terrace, totally renovated. Tastefully decorated in detail and located in a golf housing development in one of the fanciest areas in Marbella. The urbanization itself counts with 3 swimming pools and exceptional views. 13 Golf clubs within 20k distance!! Restaurant, shops, supermarkets, golf, anything you may need!

You are in Marbella, away from downtown, our beach is the one shared with the 5 stars hotels such as Marriot hotel. It is also the Nikki beach one.2 TVs, and one with all German TV 334 channels (included sport and movies), and 15 Austrian TV channels included ORF Sport plus. One large main bedroom with a large complete bathroom attached. One king size bed bedroom. One bedroom with a very adult comfortable bunk bed and a double bed. So up to 4 pax. Which makes the apartment comfortable for 8 pax, and eventually can use a sofa bed for 2 pax available in the living room. So occasionally up to 10 pax.

    “Très bel appartement, très spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé, offrant de nombreuses possibilités de couchage, 2 salles de bains et 3 toilettes, très propre. Propriétaire aux petits soins (contacts réguliers et proactifs via Whatsapp). Appartement situé dans un grand domaine bien entretenu, avec de jolis jardins, et de belles et grandes piscines. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir un emplacement de garage pour notre voiture de location.”
