Charming small independent house with a living area of 20m ² in the heart of Provence, nestled in a pretty private fenced garden, overlooking a beautiful swimming pool. This pleasant, new and air-conditioned vacation home is located in a quiet area, 500m from the center of the charming village of Sainte-Cécile-les-Vignes, in Vaucluse and in the heart of the famous vineyards. On Saturday mornings, the very lively market is appreciated. You are only 16 km from Orange, a Roman city with magnificent monuments and a popular market on Thursdays, and 19 km from Vaison-la-Romaine with its old medieval village overlooking the valley. Several good restaurants in the village will allow you to discover the regional specialties of the region. Visit the many high villages on the famous Côtes du Rhône route such as Cairanne, Rasteau or Gigondas. Discover the Crocodile Farm, 25 km away, the Wave Island Water Park with many slides and the exact replica of the surf wave of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. Activities: Golf in Orange, 15 km, equestrian center 2 km, water sports 30 km, hiking trails or mountain biking 50 m from the cottage. Visit Mont Ventoux 45 km away, the Cascades du Sautadet 40 km away or the Massif du Luberon in less than an hour.
