From the covered terrace you have a view of the river Kupa, which is very warm in summer and where you can also swim and fish. Enjoy the hot tub on the terrace overlooking the river. Under the house on the river is also a private beach with small jetty for boats. About 400 m of the driveway to the house is not asphalted.
