It's located on the ground floor of the house that has a total of 3 apartments max. capacity for 13 people .The house is in a quiet environment,safe for children with croft of 300 m2, childern 's playground is in vicinity of the house. You will have the barbecue behind the house on your disposal. All basic services are nearby, and for everything else you might need it can be found in the Marina or Trogir.

Smoking allowed outside.Pets allowed-on request .Lock the doors,close windows , turn off electric appliances and air conditioning when you go outside.Take the trash out.

No parties allowed.Please leave the apartment as you found it on the arrival day.When AC is turned on,please close doors and windows.Please obey check in and out hours.Take care of the furniture and other things in the apartment. Use of pool( if there's one) on your own responsibility.

If you have some additional requests, you have to mention it prior booking.Owner is obliged to insure you only the services listed in description and host the number of guests listed in booking confirmation.
