Lage:
The cottage is located at a sunny and calm area, amidst the skiing and hiking region Lachtal, below the other cabin of the owner (KAI-STM). Around the hut are meadows, below is a pond as well as a small nature playground.
Entfernungen:
Ski run, which leads into the skiing area Lachtal, in front of the cottage! The Lachtal is one of the biggest areas where snow is assured in Styria. There are a funny area for kids, 35km slopes, and enough space for freeriders. Cross-country ski run and toboggan run are very close. Ski rental on site. Guest house 1km, shopping 2km (depends on the season), next town 10km. Perfect area for mountain bikers and hikers. Swimming pool 14km, golf club Mariahof 20km, golf club Murau 35km, Red Bull race course 40km.

The cottage was built completely new and equipped lovingly. Ground floor: living room with sofa, satellite TV, chimney, exit to the sun terrace, dining table, kitchenette equipped with electric cooker, oven, fridge, freezing departement, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine. 1 shower/toilet. 1 doulbe room with satellite TV. Upper floor: 2 doulbe rooms with satellite TV, 1 shower/toilet. Basement: spa area with sauna, rainshower, bath tub, silent room with satellite TV. Toilet, larder. Washing machine. Floor heating (geothermal heat) at the whole cottage. WiFi available. Below the cottaeg is a pond as well as a nature playground. Socket for electric cars.

Electricity 0,45/kWh, local tourism tax currently 2,50/person/night. Final cleaning 130,-, deposit 200,-. Bed linen and towels can be rented for 10,-/set. Additional bed 12,-/night.
