Quieter location with lush greenery is ideal for a family vacation, and on a fenced garden of 800 m² your children will enjoy carefree play. The outdoor pool is perfect for refreshments during hot summer days, and the pool area with sun loungers and garden terrace is a place for relaxation. On the second floor of the house there is a children's play area with toys, playhouse, TV and Play Station. Communication between the floors is external.
In just half an hour of drive you will reach Opatija or Kostrena, with some of the most beautiful beaches in Kvarner. Also, visit and discover the city of Rijeka which abounds in events and manifestations as well as a rich gastronomic offer. The owners live the building.
