CASA DELPHIA is an attractive and modern, detached one-level house with a swimming pool located in the village of Šegotići in Marčana County. It is situated in a calm and quiet location making it an ideal choice for a vacation away from city noise.
The green area surrounding the house includes a small playground for kids, and the nearby sandy beaches make this house the right choice for families with children. Duga Uvala offers many hidden and untouched beaches for private sunbathing and swimming, as well as several beaches with restaurants and sports areas. It was built on a 315 m2 lot, and in its 72 m2 of interior space includes a kitchen, dining room and living room connected in one large room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and an alcove with a washing machine. The house is fully air conditioned. The living room exits to a terrace on which you can enjoy morning coffee, prepare a tasty dinner using the barbecue, and sip a cocktail by the illuminated swimming pool in the evening. If you want to spice up your tasty meals, you can use the herbs located in the small Mediterranean garden.
Casa Delphia is in a great position for making excursions all over Istria. Historic city of Pula is 15 km away with Roman amphitheater and other Roman buildings The beautiful towns of Rovinj, Umag and Poreč are just a 30-40 minute drive away. The nature park Rt Kamenjak-Premantura is 34 km away, and also nearby is the National Park Brijuni made up of 14 islands and being the home for indigenous plants and protected animals.
