The apartment is located in the south of Tenerife, in the heart of Playa de las Américas, only five minutes from the beach and water sports, a beautiful place with an average annual temperature of 29ºC, ideal for beach holidays and recreation.

15 km from Tenerife South Airport and 1 km from Las Américas Golf Course. The apartment is situated in a quiet and family setting, ideal for a beach holiday, with a magnificent mountain view. On a clear day you can also see the Teide (the highest mountain in Spain and the symbol of Tenerife). The beach is just a few steps away and is over a kilometre long along the promenade.

Playa de las Américas is the main tourist town in Tenerife. The meanwhile grown city is a coastal place that is laid out as a holiday settlement and that belongs administratively to the municipality of Arona. The city is located in the southwest of the island and offers with its protected bathing bays an ideal holiday destination for bathers, beach tourists, sportsmen and active holidaymakers of any kind. But it is also an ideal place for recreation, for people who want to see and experience something despite the peace and quiet.

Playa de las Américas is one of the most important tourist centres in Spain, together with the neighbouring towns of Los Cristianos, Playa de Fañabé, La Caleta and Costa Adeje.

The entire economy of the city is designed to meet the needs of tourists.

You will find everything you need for a carefree holiday, such as restaurants, bars, discos, hotels, supermarkets, sports fields, tennis courts, surf schools, diving, fitness clubs, car rentals, travel agencies and many opportunities for walkers and beach holidaymakers.

In 1966 the city was founded and the boom of tourism in Tenerife in the following years led to the city becoming bigger and bigger.

The city is also an ideal starting point for excursions and tours on the island, because the southern motorway connects all important points on Tenerife.

The promenade, which begins in Los Cristianos and ends in La Caleta, is now over 16 kilometres long. The apartment Las Flores is located about 490 meters from the beautiful beach. Due to the quiet but central location you can reach everything comfortably on foot. There are numerous restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and shops in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment has a beautiful balcony with view to the pool. In the morning you can have breakfast together on the balcony and enjoy the sun. The apartment is very modernly furnished. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed and can sleep 2. There is also a flat screen TV, Internet via WLAN and a stereo system.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

The bedroom has a comfortable bed with two single mattresses (0.90 x 2.00 m).

The pool of the complex is circularly arranged through the whole apartment complex, very nice with bridges and waterfalls.

    “We feel the price of this apartment does not reflect the property. The place is tired - run down and definitely not as nice as you pictures show. We had to wait 3 days to get our clothes out of the washer as it had broken! Two days later we suffered a complete flood of the apartment and spent 2.5 hours trying to mop it up! We were told the washer needed a part to be replaced which was done a day later! It clearly show this has happened previously as the skirting boards were already falling away from the walls. The oven was broken! The noise from other guests in the evening arguing etc was ridiculous. Definitely overpriced! Our rating unfortunately would be to holiday somewhere else.”
