Location: the beautiful holiday home in Lucese (Camaiore) is secluded in a nature reserve. The location is very quiet and idyllic. The nearby Parco delle Apuane is ideal for hikers and people looking for peace and quietness and far away from traffic.
The house is surrounded by a 2000 m² plot. The property is fenced and partly flat. A typical Tuscan restaurant is just 500 meters from the house and the sandy beach is about 20 km away. The beautiful cities like Lucca 20 km or Pisa 40 km are easy to reach. Camaiore is about 10 Km away.
A covered terrace with garden furniture is at guests' disposal. The terrace is the ideal place to relax or to eat. A small swimming pool (2 x 4 x 1.35) is available to our guests for private use. Outdoor shower with warm water. Equipment: The house has a floor space of approximately 90 m². The house can be reached via a staircase. Living room with kitchen corner (freezer, oven), dining table, sofa and fireplace. Washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, an access leads to the garden with terrace.
On the upper floor there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower. Free wifi.

    “Das Haus ist fantastisch. Es liegt mitten in einem Naturschutzgebiet und ist dort alleinstehend.

    Ein Pool von 4 × 2 m ist zur alleinigen Nutzung vorhanden.

    Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber.

    Es sind zwei unabhängige Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und WC sowie ein großer Aufenthaltsraum sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

    Das Grundstück besticht durch Einen großen überdachten Außenbereich mit Esstisch sowie mehreren liegen. Ein Kamin-Grill ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

    Zudem ist außen rum wirklich so gut wie nichts. In Laufweite ist eine kleine Bar, in der man auch essen kann. Ansonsten ist lediglich eine kleine Straße in Hörweite.

    Es herrscht absolute Ruhe. Insbesondere nachts kann man sämtliche Geräusche des Waldes wahrnehmen.

    Für uns war es das beste Ferienhaus, in dem wir bisher residiert haben.

    Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Kleinigkeiten wurden sofort erledigt.

    Wir können dieses Haus nur jedem empfehlen.”
