Location: Although it is located in the hills of Monte di Ripa (Pietrasanta), the beautiful sandy beaches of Versilia, only 15 minutes by car. This beautiful villa offers a wonderful view over the sea with the enjoyment of peace, nature and landscape. The area where the villa is located, is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. To build this house original materials were used, such as hand-made bricks, stones and typical, which give the house a special appearance. Terracotta floors and wooden beams give the house a special flair. A covered patio and a large terrace from which one has a view of the beautiful countryside of Versilia is ideal for the stay in the open. The grocery stores are only about 600 meters and the sea from about 6000 m sea.
Facilities: The living area is 130 square meters. Downstairs there is a typical Tuscan kitchen with dishwasher, dining room with large windows, the large living room with fireplace and a bathroom with shower. The wooden staircase leads to the first floor () with wooden floor. The village is a double room with private bathroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bedroom with 2 single beds, or can be made with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub.
