Whole House in Costa Meloneras with Common Pool and Fantastic View

Hardly anywhere else in the world you will find not only 340 sunny days but hardly any rainy days and a constant temperature of 24 to 32 degrees throughout the year. In this paradise, our Villa Feliz 44 is only 28 km from Las Palmas airport in Maspalomas Meloneras. After the elegant hotels on the boulevard you come to Playa Meloneras. A small romantic bay just before the Pasito Blanco marina. There is a shopping center with a supermarket and many restaurants and cafes. Our Vila Feliz is only 500 m away in the Bahia urbanization, directly opposite the H 10 hotel complex. The entrance hall, designed according to the architect Gaudi, resembles a pulpo and with its bright mosaic adapts to the surroundings. Not a big complex. From the holiday home you can easily see the Atlantic from the balcony. This facility is advantageous because you can use the infrastructure from the gourmet restaurant to the piano music in the hall to the evening show with live music in the Tirajana Discotheque as a welcome guest. In addition, the hotel infrastructure provides a connection to public transport by bus and taxi. The Bahia complex has its own pool area with a children's pool and whirlpool. The Meloneras golf course is one of the most beautiful in the south of the island. It towers over the sea and can also be viewed from Villa Feliz. The large greens and palm trees are also reminiscent of a Caribbean atmosphere.

The front garden with its two palm trees and loungers is just as suitable for relaxing as the patio. And if you want to swim at home, you just go to the large pool area. The refrigerator and freezer is a German brand device. The microwave is just as much a part of it as the oven. And the equipment is just as complete, starting with the coffee machine, toaster, kettle and hand blender, as is the dishes and cookware. A cozy dining area with up to 4 seats invites you to have private dining. But 6 people can grill or eat the cooked food in the patio as well. Washing and drying machines are available. Bed linen and towels are available in sufficient numbers.

Walk 500 m down to Playa Meloneras. Visit the Atlantic beach or one of the restaurants. Do your little shopping in the supermarket. Or walk or drive a little further to the large supermarket.     “Sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus, alle vorhandenen Geräte und Einrichtungen sind absolut funktionstüchtig,
    an der Sauberkeit ist nichts zu beanstanden zumal jede Woche einmal Putzfrauen das Haus reinigen.
    Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist als optimal zu bezeichnen. In 10 - 15 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß und bequem, ohne Autoverkehr, den Strand sowie die Strandpromenade. Hier befinden sich Cafes, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es sind auch einige kritische Bemerkungen anzubringen und zwar befinden sich direkt am Hauseingang Taxistände (ebenso gegenüber) deren Fahrer (nicht alle) die Dieselmotoren nicht abschalten wenn sie auf Fahrgäste warten. Dieser Umstand ist nicht sehr angenehm, da, abgesehen vom Lärm, bei ungünstigem Wind die Abgase auf die Terrasse und in das Haus gelangen. Dazu kommen noch die Omnibusse die die Hotelgäste transportieren.
    Ansonsten sind wir sehr gut zurecht gekommen und hoffen, daß wir mit unseren Anmerkungen Ihnen behilflich sein konnten.”

    “Der Vorteil die Infrastruktur gegenüber im Hotel Nutzen zu können ist natürlich verbunden mit dem Nachteil den diese Infrastruktur mit sich bringt. Auch der direkte Zugang zur Strasse ist verbunden mit dem dort stattfindenden Verkehr. Taxi Stand vor dem Haus. Busstation und diverse Hotelbusse. Wer es ruhiger haben will dem empfehlen wir unser Villa Feliz 128 Objekt Nummer 1439464”
