Apartments and holiday apartments by the Bavarian Forest National Park For walking and hiking, a family holiday, a holiday with your dog, or a winter holiday with cross-country skiing. This is an idyllically situated farm in St. Oswald, one of the most beautiful villages in the Bavarian Forest. It is right by the national park with a big animal enclosure and the longest treetop trail in the world. The location is very quiet but central. You can walk to all shopping facilities, restaurants, the Kurpark, lake, deer enclosure, Forest History Museum, hiking paths and access to cross-country skiing trails.

All the apartments are equipped with satellite TV, a coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, four-ring stove with an oven, bed linen, hand and bath towels, tea towels free of charge, welcome drinks and free Wi-Fi.

There is a big sun terrace with deckchairs on the first floor and a garden with a grill. You can use a leisure room, table tennis table, a selection of books and games, car parking spaces and garages.

You can book a free bread rolls delivery service, a sumptuous breakfast on request (and take packages with you for the day). The main house where you can have breakfast is a three-minute walk away. For groups from 10 persons, meals are also offered such as fresh Leberkäse with a salad buffet or pork knuckle with dumplings and sauerkraut, Bavarian platters or a grill evening. The Kurkarte entitles you to many price reductions and you can use the national park bus lines incl. Waldbahn free of charge.

Owing to the sunny elevated location, you can enjoy a unique view of the mountains Rachel (1453m) and Lusen (1371) and in clear conditions even the Alps. The excellent Mittelgebirge landscape offers excellent air quality and pure spring water. There is no through traffic. It is an ideal starting point for long and short hikes. You can enjoy leisure, recreation and activities in any season. The cordiality of the locals and the hospitality of the hosts will make you forget everyday stress quickly and relax. There are very good restaurants with Bavarian and international cuisine, within walking distance of the house. It is a three-minute walk to a bus stop and 5 minutes to a lake with a lawn and fitness trail. There are shopping facilities within 5km. The Bavarian Forest is one of the most beautiful hiking areas in Central Europe. The fabulous natural landscape is perfect for relaxing. Countless paths lead through pristine nature. For those who like it mor leisurely, there are dreamy spots to be found everywhere. The interplay of nature, art and culture gives this stretch of land a unique charm.     Service und Vermieterin sehr angenehm, Brötchenservice top. Das Angebot selbstgemachte Marmelade zu erwerben haben wir gerne in Anspruch genommen. Auch Einladung zum Leberkäse-Essen mit zahlreichen leckeren, selbst gemachten Salaten war echt sehr gut. Auch wenn wir sonst nicht die absoluten Fans von warmen Leberkäse sind. Aber es war eine angenehme Erfahrung.”
