Tenuta Il Tresto is located in the Municipality of Poggibonsi, one of the five municipalities of the Chianti Classico, in the hills of the Sienese Hills. Its grounds are divided among vineyards, olive groves, wheat, sunflowers and orchards in compliance with the natural layout of the land.
An example of a typical Tuscan farm, Tenuta il Tresto agritourism sees the production of an excellent wine in its own cellar and, in its own oil mill, the production of an excellent extra virgin olive oil. The goal of the company is the obtainment, from its own cultivations, of better products every year. A careful assessment of the nature of the land and its exposure, the use of natural fertilization and the most modern agronomic techniques allow us to create a product that is more respectful of the environment and of consumer health.
Il Tresto is a typical Tuscan farm located in the heart of the Sienese Chianti at the intersection of places full of art and history such as San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and Colle di Val d'Elsa, on the slopes of the castle of Strozzavolpe and the castle of Magione.
The agritourism hospitality of Tenuta Il Tresto offers a relaxing stay, in an atmosphere of peace and intimacy, in ancient farm houses, of eighteenth-century origin, recently renovated according to the most typical Tuscan rural tradition and equipped with every comfort.
The ancient village of Tresto, born around the seventeenth-century manor house, dominating the vineyards, olive groves and gentle valleys that stretch as far as the eye can see in a myriad of shades of color, gives the eye a charming corner of the Val d'' Elsa. Tenuta Il Tresto is immersed in a natural wildlife reserve populated by pheasants, hares, wild boars, foxes, partridges, and where you can still see the fireflies and hear the crickets sing on summer nights.
Thanks to its location in the heart of Tuscany, Tenuta Il Tresto is an ideal starting point for pleasant excursions that allow you to discover the suggestive charm of Florence (km.35), the charm of Siena (km.25), the medieval villages of Monteriggioni (km.15) and San Gimignano (km 13), Volterra (km.30), Pienza (km 40), Pisa (km.90) and the sea (km.75).
Tenuta Il Tresto is easily reached from the Firenze-Siena (Autopalio) expressway. It is located about 2 km from the Poggibonsi Sud exit.
The company offers a total of 4 apartments for 2-6 persons; shared swimming pool with solarium and panoramic garden, laundry service, parking.

To spend holidays in contact with unspoiled nature, the agro-tourism hospitality of Tenuta Il Tresto offers the availability of comfortable apartments of eighteenth-century origin.
The apartments have been renovated according to the most typical Tuscan rural tradition, furnished in style and equipped with every comfort. The presence of gardens and large outdoor areas will make life in the open air even more enjoyable.
