This holiday house is located in Sevid just 50 metres from the sea and a beach. Sevid is a little village that is ideal for relaxing and swimming in clear sea water. It is only about 8km from Rogoznica, 16 km from Primosten, 20km from Trogir and 40 km from Split and Sibenik. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday away from the masses, then this is just the right place for you.

In front of the house there is a big furnished shared terrace with a breathtaking sea view. You can enjoy the sunset here every evening. There is also a grill for preparing fresh fish or meat. When you come back from the beach, a practical outdoor shower awaits you. The parking space is right behind the house.
Not only are the sea and the beach on the doorstep but it is just 150 metres to a supermarket and restaurants. Stairs lead directly down to the beach where there are wooden loungers provided by the owner for sunbathing and relaxing.

“Erg leuk en rustig pittoresk dorpje.
Het huisje was niets mis mee alles was aanwezig, erg mooi.
De weg er na toe was wel iets. Steile hellingen en slechte wegen maar dat was ook wel weer leuk.
