It is located high in Järanäs in Småland. 2000 of the 6000 m² property is meadow, ideal for playing. Only one neighbor. Own jetty with boat dock and a beautiful sandy beach is just below the cottage. You buy the fishing license from the owner. Tiled bathroom, bright nice bedroom. Kitchen of older date. Owner keeps lawn mower and motorcycle in basement. Shared washing machine.

There is great fishing in lake Bolmen. S04053 is about 500 m away. Shopping in Ljungby or Halmstad. In Halmstad there is a lido. Not far from Tylösand are two golf courses. The boat is available from May to September.
