This enchanting holiday house with pool and spacious grounds is about a ten minute drive away from the beautiful beaches around the town of Labin. The interior is furnished with exquisite furniture and artwork, while the outdoor area features a water fountain, creating a special atmosphere with a play of lighting and water droplets. The ground floor is divided into different levels and consists of a main kitchen and living room with fireplace as well as exit to the well-kept garden with fountain. In addition to the main kitchen, there is an additional kitchen, which makes this house ideal for a holiday of two families. All rooms are beautifully decorated and the corridors are equipped with pictures and interesting detail. In addition to the large pool and sun area, there is a separate little house with another kitchen and covered terrace, which is perfect for a cozy get-together. Mini football goals, basketball hoop and badminton net provide play fun and in the small traditional Istrian stone cottage called Kažun, you can find natural coolness from the summer heat. In about an hour drive you can reach famous tourist attractions such as the amphitheater in the city of Pula, the National Park on the Brijuni islands, the natural park Cape Kamenjak, as well as the historic towns Grožnjan and Motovun where are film festivals, truffle tasting, interesting wine cellars and restaurants.
