Cozy studio apartment for 2 in Malinska

One bedroom holiday apartment with a communal garden This holiday apartment is located in a quiet part of Malinska. It is near the sea and beautiful beaches, and only 10 minutes walk from the center. The house is located in a quiet street with family houses, therefore it guarantees peace and privacy.

The house is is surrounded by greenery and flowers, which makes staying in the apartment and outside very pleasant. The grill in the garden can be used anytime. The apartment has two terraces - one can be accessed from the kitchen, and the other from the bedrooms. Parking is large enough, located close to apartment in a fenced yard.

The building has two apartments: one for 4 persons and one 2 studio apartments for 2 people. The fully furnished apartments come with all the necessary equipment for relaxation and enjoyment. The apartments have their own parking on site, free Wi-Fi and unlimited use of a shared barbecue in the garden. This apartment is located on the ground floor. It has bedroom with large double bed, and it is very comfortable for 2 adults or parents with little child. The kitchen is completly equipped for cooking. The bedroom and the kitchen are air-conditioned.

Beach Draga is just 3 minutes walk, beach Rova 10 minures from the apartments, and offers many options for relaxation and enjoyment - parasols and deck chairs, bars, restaurants water sports, and especially enjoyed by children for which they are designated places to play and carefree swimming. The wealth of cultural and entertainment facilities for all ages will make your holiday filled until the last minute and you will certainly want to come back. Malinska is situated in a wooded bay on the western side of the island of Krk with another twenty surrounding villages belongs to a territory known as Dubašnica. The Dubašnica bay has a wealth of both large and small coves and thanks to its geographical position; the area is protected against cold winds, with little rain and about 260 sunny days per year. The climate is mild, Mediterranean. Catering facilities in Malinska and the surrounding areas protect and develop the coastal-fishing tradition of the region through their gastronomic proposals by means of which every guest can experience and taste a part of Dubašnica's past. The basic gastronomic offer of restaurants, taverns and hotels is based on seafood which in combination with "fruits of the earth" is part of the native cuisine of Dubašnica.
