Family Friendly Lovely Holiday House in Ko Pha-Ngan with Private Parking

This opulent private residence is located in Chaloklum, overlooking the secluded beach of Haad Thong Lang in the north-west of Koh Phangan, Thailand. It is surrounded by approximately sixteen hundred square meters of prime beach front land facing Koh Ma and Koh Tao. The plot is within five minutes drive of the charming fisherman’s village of Chaloklum, boasting quaint wooden houses, restaurants, bakeries, bars and other essential services. The more diverse and buzzing port town of Thong Sala is a 20 minute drive away.

The villas are set in beautiful mature Thai/Chinese style gardens with authentic ornaments and a vast variety of flowers and plants making it a nature haven for butterflies. The 10m by 5m family friendly infinity pool with shallow jacuzzi has a maximum depth of 1’50m is positioned on the middle tier of the estate.

The large outdoor dining area includes a poolside dining area with dimmer lights and power sockets

Booking options are for both villas with a total of four bedrooms, four bathrooms - or two separate two bedroom, two bathroom villas.

Both villas have fully furnished living-/dining areas and kitchens complete with two-burner gas hobs, ovens, microwaves, sandwich makers, coffee percolators, kettles and fridge freezers. They have
sand-stone flooring throughout, ornate four metre vaulted wooden ceilings in living areas, Thai teak beds, pocket sprung European mattresses and goose/duck down pillows with cotton bed linen and antique hardwood fixtures

The villas are located 600m from the government main road, down a grass verge sealed road offering privacy and seclusion.

There are flights to nearby airports, both with connecting ferry services to Koh Phangan. The fastest, but more expensive route is via Samui International Airport. The ferries from Samui take approximately 20 minutes. The second option is to fly into Surat Thani Airport on the mainland. The ferries from the mainland take from 1 hour 45 minutes via Lomprayah High Speed Catamaran or 2 hours 30 minutes via Raja Ferry .
