Beautiful villa with Mediterranean decoration
Villa in perfect condition, located in the urbanization of "El Toro" and Port Adriano, in the municipality of Calvià. The house was built in 1985, but renovated in 2011. The house has a plot of 500m2, with well kept gardens and floral spaces. The exteriors are distributed in a front terrace and one in the upper part of the house. The lower terrace has a parking space, all kinds of trees and plants, as well as a pergola with sofas, a large outdoor table and a small porch. The upper terrace is part of the superior room, and is perfect to enjoy as a solarium. At the same time, in the back of the house there is a swimming pool of 7 x 3.5m, with hammocks, umbrella and an outside toilet. It also has a large fixed barbecue as well as a very functional laundry. The house, in spite of being located in an urbanization, has the privilege of not having neighbors in the lateral parts of the house. So it gives you a great privacy, and at the same time beauty due to the forest that surrounds the house. It is an ideal house to be enjoyed by families, groups of young people or people who practice marine activities. A few minutes away is the beach, the port and all kinds of shops. It is very close to Magaluf, tourist spots in the south of the island and 20 km from Palma.
