Nordlicht apartment, holiday apartment house in Rügen

The apartment house with one-room and two-room apartments enjoys a quiet, attractive location on the edge of the Kurpark (large park including a playground) in the seaside town Breege-Juliusruh, only about a ten-minute walk from the long white sandy beach at the Baltic Sea (Schaabe) and a 10-minute walk from the Breeger Bodden.

The outdoor area includes a terrace and a large garden for shared use, with several seating groups and a grill.

The building is surrounded by a large garden. All the holiday apartments have a kitchen unit with the usual appliances, a car parking space on the fenced site, a grill area, satellite TV and Wi-Fi.     “Nicht für den Preis – Falsche Angaben

    Was erwartet wurde laut Anzeige bei HomeToGo: Eingezäuntes Grundstück, Terrasse, Gartenmitbenutzung und 35m² „Apartment“

    Positiv: der Vermieter hat sich nach sofort um jedes Problem gekümmert, der Garten war groß genug und hatte Schatten- als auch Sonnenfleckchen, die Lage ist fußläufig für die Schaabe in Juliusruh perfekt

    Negativ: kein umzäuntes Grundstück, fehlende Terrassen, keine wirkliche Gartenmitbenutzung möglich, das Zimmer hatte grob geschätzt 25m² MIT Bad, hellhörig, das Bett durchgelegen, nur ein Fenster von dreien nutzbar, Wasserkocher defekt, die Dusche hatte viele Abplatzer, die Toilettenspülung war defekt”
