Beautiful vacation home with private pool and panoramic views of Lake Bolsena. Large and comfortably furnished veranda with table and chairs, ideal for relaxing and dining outdoors. The large garden is equipped with a gazebo, rocking chair, slide and swing for the younger guests, table tennis, table soccer and soccer net for the older guests. Stone barbecue and ample parking available on the property. All rooms are air-conditioned, independent from each other with external access each and are pleasantly and functionally furnished. Four-legged friends are welcome. The geographical position of the house is ideal for visiting some of the most interesting places in the area: Capodimonte, with its long, shaded and equipped beach, the characteristic little port, the restaurants and the bathing establishments on Lake Bolsena, is only 1.5 km away and easily accessible. The new and equipped thermal baths of Terme di Vulci are only 33 km away, while the area of Canino (21 km) is famous for the production of extra virgin olive oil D.O.P.. 44 km the beaches of Montalto di Castro on the Tyrrhenian Sea. 19 km the ancient Etruscan city of Tuscania with Etruscan tombs and Romanesque churches; 45 km the necropolis of Tarquinia. From here you can reach the medieval city of Siena (123 km) on the picturesque Via Cassia in about two hours by car. 26 km Viterbo (train station), 50 km towns, 123 km Rome.
