The accommodation is 50 metres from Lake Balaton.

The holiday house for a total of 24 people is spread over three floors and can be booked as a whole or as one of three separate apartments. The house with kitchens and its rooms was extensively renovated until the end of April 2013. After completing the renovation work, all the rooms with provided with furnishing from a four-star hotel in Switzerland. Each floor has three rooms and a lounge with a sofa bed and a kitchen niche. All the rooms have a shower, WC, satellite TV, fridge and safe, as well as air conditioning.

There are two garden seating areas and five parking spaces available for the house and apartments. There are various terraces on the ground floor and upper floor.

The promenade and the city are nearby. The Beach Club and Petöfi Promenade are also near the house. Coke Beach is about 200 metres away. The house enjoys a very central location. The free beach is about 50 metres away and the payable beach (Beach Club) about 200 metres. The party promenade is about 200 metres and the centre 500 metres away.

    “Positiv: Die Ferienunterkunft ist keine 5min zu Fuß zum See. Es gibt einige Freizeitaktivitäten in der Nähe. Negativ: Die Wohnung war leider in einem überhaupt nicht guten Zustand! Alle Türen/Türrahmen bis auf die Eingangstür haben in irgendeiner Weise Zerstörungen/ Defekte ausgewiesen. Inventar war auch teilweise kaputt oder dreckig. Das ganze Geschirr mussten wir vor Gebrauch spülen. Es gab nur einen sehr großen Topf... Vor dem Haus türmte sich der Müll von den Urlaubern und keiner fühlte sich dafür zuständig. Um 13:30h waren noch Gäste in der von uns gebuchten Wohnung. Ja, wir waren 30min.zu früh, aber Checkout ist bis 10h
    Es musste also noch geputzt werden.
    Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft für Familien nicht. Partygästen scheint es wohl nichts auszumachen, da dieser Zustand schon seit längerem, zumindest mit den Türen, besteht. Freizeit: Keine 5min mit dem Auto zum Kartfahren. Ca. 150m von der Unterkunft entfernt E-Scooter-Verleih...”

    “Liebe Alexandra, vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung. Wir haben im ganzen Haus 12 Klimageräte, wenn der Herd auf verschiedenen Stockwerken läuft. Und andere Geräte wie alle 12 Kühlschränke, eventuell Föhn, Licht läuft. Kann es vorkommen, dass es die Sicherung raushaut. Daran können wir leider nichts ändern, da doch sehr viel Leistung bei den hohen Temperaturen (teils über 35 Grad) gezogen wird Leider hat es auch Gäste, die das Haus nicht so behandeln wie gewünscht, Deshalb sind einige Türen beschädigt worden. Im Saison können wir diese nicht ersetzten, das der ganze Rahmen ausgewechselt werden muss. Das Haus ist trotzdem in einem sehr guten Zustand und ich hoffe, dass sonst alles gepasst hat!”
