Cozy apartment no.3

A sea view between pine trees – the comfortable house is situated right above the well-known seaside town Baska Voda. A site of 3000m2 ensures peace and quiet, despite the proximity to town, as well as a picturesque view of the Croatian Adriatic.

We have also considered children. A large children’s play area with a slide, trampoline and swing is available. You can also look forward to a pool and a grill area.

Four well-presented studio apartments (ca. 25m²) and three spacious holiday apartments (ca.70m²) provide the highest standards of residential comfort: electric awnings, air conditioning, ceiling fans and a flatscreen TV with satellite channels are provided in all the units.

You can relax here after an exciting day, whether you’ve been on a rafting tour on the Cetina, a city trip to Split or simply to the beach five minutes away. It is near the forest, mountains and the beach.

    “Definitiv eine schöne Zeit in Baška Voda und ist sehr empfehlenswert. Positiv: Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage mit Pool haben wir nirgends wo sonst gesehen und lädt zum verweilen ein und ist eine super alternative zum Meer. Schöner Aussicht von den Balkonen über die Stadt und das fantastische Meer. Negativ: Leider hatten wir Ameisen in der Wohnung, die uns in Ruhe gelassen haben, dennoch wäre es schöner ohne.”

    “Der Urlaub war traumhaft.Es hat alles gepasst.Unterkunft,Vermieter,Ausblick,Baska Voda an sich.Nur empfehlenswert. Positiv: Der wunderschöne Ausblick auf die Adria und den Hafen von Baska Voda.Das Haus bzw.das Gründstück mit idyllischen mediterranen Pflanzen/Bäumen/Steinen.Am Pool kann wunderbar baden und durch den herrlichen Blick auf das Meer entspannen.Fam.Pavlovic war sehr freundlich,hilfsbereit.Konnten Ausflugsziele auch direkt bei Frau Pavlovic buchen.”

    “We have just returned from our two week stay here and loved every minute. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly and helped us with any questions we had. The location of the property is perfect. A couple of minutes walk from the town where you find all that you need - fabulous restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bakeries, fruit market, boat trips - everything you need for your holiday. You can walk either way down the promenade for great beaches and fabulous scenery and views. Positiv: The view from the property, the pool area, the proximity to town and the hosts. Restaurant: Tonys - You need to book though - fabulous food.”

    “Positiv: Ausblick, Terrasse Negativ: dürftige Ausstattung an Geschirr und Besteck
    Wohnung und Anlage bedürfen einer Sanierung, ist abgewohnt. Die Klimatisierung ist falsch, statt in den Schlafzimmern im Flur. Ventilatoren sind verbraucht und müssen ersetzt werden. Die kaputten Lager geben starke Geräusche ab. Der Garten ist ungepflegt, vieles benötigt einen neuen Anstrich”

    “Sehr geehrter Gast, zu den vom Kunden aufgeführten Beanstandungen möchten wir wie folgt Stellung nehmen:
    - dürftige Ausstattung an Geschirr und Besteck: Unsere Ausstattung entspricht einem Standard-Set an Geschirr und Besteck für 6 Personen inkl. Spülmaschine. - Wohnung und Anlage bedürfen einer Sanierung: Die Wohnung und die Anlage entsprechen den Fotos auf der Internetseite - die Fotos sind 2 Jahre alt. - Die Klimatisierung ist falsch: die Klimatisierung ist zentral angebracht. - Ventilatoren: es war eine Schraube locker, die wir unverzüglich instandgesetzt haben. - Garten ist ungepflegt: das ist ein Naturgarten und kein englischer Garten. Auch hier geben die Fotos auf der Internetseite ein gutes Bild ab. - Vieles benötigt einen neuen Anstrich. Wir haben letztes Jahr gestrichen. Bitte werfen Sie einen Blick auf die anderen Bewertungen. Vielen Dank. Herzlichst, Ihr Vermieter”
