    “Das als ehemaliges Bauernhaus bzw. altes Gehöft bezeichnete Objekt ist ein Nebengebäude auf dem Hof. Alt heißt hier leider auch ungepflegt. Küche und Bad sind neu. Das Bad war OK. Die Küche sowie das restliche Haus waren ungepflegt. An der Küche etc. konnte man den Speiseplan des Vorgängers noch ablesen! Im Haus sind alle technischen Hausanlagen, wie Heizung, Warmwassertherme, Trinkwasserspeicher etc. installiert, die auch zur Versorgung des nebenan stehende Hauptgebäudes dienen. Es war eine ständige und nervige Geräuschbelastung von laufenden brummenden Pumpen, Heizanlagen etc. wahrnehmbar.
    Die Betten, Matratzen und Sofa etc. waren alt und z.T. erheblich verschlissen und keimig. Darüber hinaus lebten mit uns unzählige Mäuse dort. Die sind zwar nicht direkt durch die bewohnten Räume gelaufen, aber in allen von uns nicht genutzten Nebenräumen. Die Mäuse waren nachts hörbar und tagsüber durch ihre Ködel sichtbar. (Aber Mausprobleme kann es auf einem Bauernhof geben.)
    Unter den Bedingungen ist der Preis absolut unangemessen.
