Studio with sea views and 20 meters from the beach

The studio built in 2010, renovated in 2016 and is modern furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the water. For exclusive use are available: parasol, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court.

Starigrad-Paklenica, district Seline. The studio is located on a 1500 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Apartments DAL PAR 076 (7 people) and DAL PAR 298 (6 people) are also located here. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted, length 5 m). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.
