This holiday house with pool is located in the small place of Stokovci in the heart of Istria on a plot which is shared with the owner. The interior of the holiday house consists of two separate and independent units with separate entrances from the garden area. The house owner lives between these two residential units. The left living unit extends through the ground floor and the right through the ground floor and the first floor, which is accessible via an internal staircase. The shared garden area dominates with an outdoor swimming pool available only on the disposal of guests. Explore the Istrian coast and its beautiful beaches and let the crystal clear sea inspire you. Visit the cities of Porec, Rovinj and Pula, which invite you to all summer events and various sports and entertainment activities. You can hire bikes from the house owner for a fee of 10,- Eur/day.
