The house in Dresden was built in the classical style of the 1930s and was completely renovated in 1999 and again in 2014.Your apartment comprises a living room, two bedrooms each with two single beds (90 x 200cm), a kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious wardrobe. Bed linen is included in the price. The built-in kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, crockery and kitchen utensils. A vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and tea towels are provided. The bathroom has towels, a hairdryer, a bath, a WC and a washing machine. Evening entertainment is provided by an LDC with satellite channels, a Bluray player, radio, books and a collection of games. There is central heating with a radiator in each room, apart from the hallway. A child’s bed and a highchair can be provided on request.The outdoor area has a bicycle stand, a balcony with garden furniture and a pond with a stream in the shared garden. There is a car parking space on site, which can be used on agreement with the owner, but you can also always find free spaces on the street in front of the house.It is a non-smoking apartment in a non-smoking house!Holiday on the outskirts of Dresden – almost rural, but within easy access of the centre by tram (a stop 200 metres away). If you are looking for trade fair accommodation in Dresden you can save yourself the stress of looking for a parking space at the trade fair grounds and book your accommodation here for two to five people. It is barely 30 minutes by tram from door to door. You can also stop off in the evening in the historical old town or the trendy district Dresden-Neustadt, as tram line 11 runs practically the whole night. The nearest grocery shops are about 500 metres away.

The outdoor area comprises a bicycle stand, an enclosed little garden with garden furniture, a garden pond with a stream. There is a car parking space on site, for use on agreement with the owner. You can also always find a space near the front of the house on the street.

    “Zeer ruim rustig gelegen appartement, grote slaapkamers, goede keuken en woonkamer, grote badkamer.
    Mooi groot balkon.

    Bedden zijn goed en ruim.

    Bij aankomst zijn de bedden al opgemaakt.

    Ruime hoeveelheid handdoeken, keukendoeken. Halverwege kregen we schonen handdoeken en beddengoed (verbleven er 2 weken).

    In de buurt (5 minuten lopen) van de appartementen heb je een Lidl en een Aldi.
    In de buurt van het appartement (15 minuten lopen) heb je een natuurbad. Wil je in een overdekt zwembad dan moet je iets verder.

    Vanuit het appartement ben je in 10 minuten met de auto in het centrum. Voor de deur stopt een bus en om de hoek een tram die je ook zeer snel in het centrum brengt.”

    “Het appartement was goed onderhouden en zichtbaar goed schoon gemaakt. Ook waren er voldoende spullen beschikbaar zoals glazen, bestek, etc. Ook was er meer dan voldoende parkeerruimte in de buurt.”

    “Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Vor allem hat uns gefallen, dass sie sehr ruhig liegt und die Stadt durch die sehr nahe Straßenbahnstation wirklich prima mit der Stadt verbunden ist. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und werden beim nächsten Besuch in Dresden sicher auf die Wohnung zurückgreifen. Für uns gab es nichts zu bemängeln und wir werden die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen (was wir bereits getan haben). Zusammengefasst waren wir rundum zufrieden.”

    “Passar bra för 2-4 personer. Härlig balkong med utsikt över trädgården. Bekväma sängar. Stort badrum.Rent och fräscht. Köket är ganska trångt. Sovrummen rymliga. Enda negativa är lite ljud från gatan utanför. Trevlig värd. Man får valuta för pengarna i den här lägenheten. Nära till spårvagn, och bara drygt 10 minuters resväg till centrum. Buss till utflyktsmålet Pillnitz går nära lägenheten.”

    “Sehr schöne und unglaublich funktional ausgestattete Wohnung in perfekter Verkehrsanbindung am Stadtrand von Dresden. Die Wohnung enthält ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, zwei große Schlafzimmer mit sehr guten Betten, ein Bad mit Waschmaschine und Badewanne und eine Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Es sind sogar warme Socken zur Verfügung gestellt, falls man die Hausschuhe vergessen haben sollte. Zudem gibt es einen ca. 12 bis 15 Quadratmeter großen Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen für 4 Personen. Die Vermieterin des blauen Hauses ist in sehr freundlicher und gewinnender Weise um ihre Gäste bemüht. Zusammengefasst: es waren sehr schöne drei Tage, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und haben uns sehr gut aufgenommen gefühlt. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt.”
