Pleasant Holiday Apartment in Mandre with Barbecue and Terrace and Panoramic View

The detached holiday house is in the picturesque locality Mandre on the island Pag. The accommodation is ideal for families with children, for couples and friends looking for relaxing surroundings. There are shopping facililities, including local fishermen, restaurants and bars nearby within walking distance. It is a one-minute walk to the sea. As the house is on a road parallel to the beach promenade, our guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of the crystal clear Adriatic Sea without any noise.

Behind the house there is a traditional stone grill for quiet and leisurely dinners with a wonderful view of the sea. If you arrive by car, private parking spaces are available in front of the house.

The accommodation comprises three residential units with separate entrances. They can accommodate up to 17 people. The house can of course also be booked as a whole. There is a price reduction for renting the whole house. The apartment on the first floor with two bedrooms is suitable for 5 people. It consists of two bedrooms, a separate kitchen (with a dishwasher, gas stove, large fridge etc.), a bathroom with a bath, a generous living room (with an extra bed) with a dining table, sofa and TV. It also has a gigantic 90m2 terrace with a big wooden table, deckchairs and a fantastic panoramic view.

Zrce beach, famous for its many beach clubs and vibrant nightlife, is 10 minutes away by car. You can enjoy a range of recreational activities there such as jet-skiing, wakeboarding, flyboarding etc.

Your pet is also welcome. We can provide advice, bookings and brochures on request. It is possible to e.g. hire a boat and go on a day trip to the uninhabited natural islands opposite. At our well-presented house we attach importance to cleanliness, a well-equipped and furnished interior and good service, so that our guests will feel comfortable and experience an unforgettable holiday.

    “Wir waren im Sommer 2018 2 Wochen mit 4 Personen in dieser Wohnung haben uns mega wohl gefühlt und die Zeit extrem genossen. Zuvor waren wir bereits 2mal in Mandre in anderen Unterkünften welche aber nicht im geringsten mithalten konnten. Die Wohnung ist extrem geräumig und super sauber. In der toll eingerichteten Küche lässt es super kochen. Die Ausstattung sucht seines gleichen (Spül- und Waschmachine, Bügeleisen, großer Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, WLAN). Ein Highlight ist die große Terasse und die geniale Lage. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter, der Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt deutsches TV, was zwar nur selten genutzt wurde, aber nicht selbstverständlich ist. Der Vermieter kümmerte sich von Deutschland aus um unsere Anliegen vor Ort und hat über eine Verwandte alles zeitnah geregelt. Wir können nicht nur diese Wohnung, sondern das ganze Haus nur weiterempfehlen, da wir auch die Möglichkeit hatten,einen Einblick in die 2 anderen Wohnungen zu bekommen.”
