Our two guesthouses are on the edge of the glass town Zwiesel and the Bavarian Forest National Park, in a quiet residential area right by the edge of the forest.
This dream apartment measures 110m². It has two big bedrooms with modern and comfortable box spring beds. You can cook like at home in the well-equipped new kitchen with a fridge-freezer, Nespresso capsules coffee machine, integrated bread-cutting machine, coffee machine, kettle, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, radio etc. The highlight of the apartment is the generous living and dining room of over 40m². Our fireplace stove with a glass front ensures romantic evenings and pleasant warmth and it also has a big and modern leather corner sofa suite, a big flatscreen TV with a home cinema system and a Blu-ray player, a big dining table for meals together. There is a big, modern bathroom with a shower and WC. Our whirlpool provides relaxing moments. There is an additional WC. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. There is a safe for your valuables. A comprehensive information folder is available with everything you need to know for your holiday.
You have your own big terrace with a comfortable seating group and a grill. Guests can also make use of an adventure playground by the edge of the forest, a separate children’s playroom, a table tennis room and a giant trampoline. Generous lawns invite you to sunbathe and relax.
A bread rolls service or our delicious breakfast buffet are available. There is a cosmetics studio in the house. The aktivCard Bayerischer Wald is included, offering a choice of over 100 museums, recreational facilities, nature and family experiences, sports and walking events for the duration of your stay, free of charge. In Zwiesel, you can visit the leisure pool daily free of charge, or visit the sauna village “Bayerwaldsauna”, the Waldmuseum etc. Even entry to the Bayernpark is free. You can take the municipal bus in Zwiesel free of charge, as well as use the local public transport in the Bavarian Forest.

You can climb the Bavarian Forest mountains Großer Arber, Osser, Lusen, or visit the local primeval forest at Falkenstein and then the Schwellhäusl for a hearty snack, or explore the river along the Regen. The area is also an Eldorado for cycling enthusiasts, at all difficulty levels, from a leisurely tour along the river to wonderful family tours and challenging mountain routes for experts on the Bavarian Forest peaks.
