Vacation apartment in a house with a total of four apartments in a hilly position, just 0.5 km from the village of Citerna. Each apartment has a private terrace or garden area. The apartments ITA960+961 are accessed through a small loggia on the 1st floor; living room with fireplace; functional furnishings. The apartments have two floors. ITA962+963 are on the ground floor and each has private outdoor areas with seating. Living room with open fireplace, ITA963 with mini-kitchen. Crib on request. The house belongs to a historic villa located about 200 meters above. Here is also the large pool area with sun terrace, children's pool, outdoor shower. Pool house with toilet and shared washing machine. On the spacious property with park and oak forest you can find various romantic corners, plus there are children's games, table tennis and a bocce court. The public tennis court is 500 m away. The location is suitable for relaxing and walking along the Via Francigena pilgrimage route, which passes nearby; from here you can also easily explore the many nice Tuscan and Umbrian towns and cities in the area: Monterchi with its famous Madonna del Parto (2 km), the picturesque hill town of Anghiari (10 km), Sansepolcro and Città di Castello with its large market, pinacoteca and rich cultural offer (14 km); Arezzo 35 km, Perugia 65 km. You will also like Citerna itself with the original medieval circuit in the city walls; from the piazza you have a unique panoramic view of the Tiber Valley and in the various small pizzerias and restaurants you can wonderfully enjoy the panoramic view and the local cuisine.
